Plants Website Orders: Bay Area Wide
Delivery Area: Delivery throughout the Greater Bay Area. San Jose to Santa Rosa and Farallon Island to Fairfield.
Delivery Schedule: Monday – Friday 10 am -3 pm We will try to deliver your plant within 4-6 days. In an effort to more efficiently operate please allow up to 12 days for delivery. Provide a phone number or email to receive delivery time specifics. For rush orders, there will be special delivery charges. We will do what we can to help, however, rush orders may not always be available.
Delivery Charges: The delivery charge is $75 for orders under $500 and $45 for orders over $500. Delivery requests will be noted, but we cannot guarantee specific times. Access Plants will deliver to your entrance or door. If you would like further assistance, please request when ordering.
Return Policy: New plants or containers can be returned within 5 days of purchase but will have a 25% restocking fee. Delivery charges are nonrefundable. Plants must be in the same condition as when delivered. Access Plants maintenance clients have the option to have plants guaranteed and replaced that are not up to our standards of looking awesome.
Labor Policy: If you need help with the installation or staging of plants, please let us know when you place your order. The rate is $110 an hour $55 minimum. Standard delivery will bring the plants to your door.
Maintenance Fees: Plant maintenance service is available and will be based on the number of plants needing to be maintained. With the maintenance service, the plants will be cared for by a highly trained Plant Technician who will water, clean and keep your plants’ bug-free for as long as you are a customer with Access Plants. Our techs are quiet and respectful and come in and out without most people even knowing. Plant guarantee available with some maintenance programs. We are authorized and currently providing service in most high-rises in San Francisco and Oakland. Be rest assured that we are carrying the needed insurance to get into your building. Access Plants has many plants available and can accommodate custom orders you might not see on our website. We can even come to your site and provide a proposal for plants, containers, and services.
