Ficus elastica Decora is a robust plant and has long been used as a reliable decorative houseplant. Large, fleshy, burgundy leaves with a high gloss finish are carried on a stout trunk. Sometimes called Rubber Plant
Prefers filtered high light. Water when dry to the touch. Indoor plants do need to dry out between watering. Prune as needed to keep the shape and promote new growth. Rotate 1/4 turn every other watering.
